Gravita India closes trading window for designated persons ahead of financial results

Gravita India Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, for consideration and approval of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the information is disclosed to the stock exchanges.
