Himatsingka Seide Limited closes equity trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Himatsingka Seide Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for the company's equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until further notice, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015; the company will announce the date of a board meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, at a later time.
