N G Industries will restrict employee trading ahead of quarterly results announcement

N G Industries Ltd. will close its trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, reopening 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
