SG Mart Limited halts share trading for insiders following regulatory notification

SG Mart Limited, formerly known as Kintech Renewables Limited, informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that trading in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
