NINtec Systems closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

NINtec Systems Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will reopen it 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and period ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
