Kumbhat Financial Services Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
