Aequs receives Rs 6,499,999,819.50 investment from Mellwood Trustee Services for warrants

Aequs Limited announced that its board approved a preferential issue of up to 28,071,690 warrants, each convertible into one equity share, to Mellwood Trustee Services Private Limited, a promoter of the company, for a total investment of Rs 6,499,999,819.50. A minimum of Rs 3,250,000,000 will be paid at the time of subscription and allotment, with the remaining consideration due upon exercise of the warrants, and the company will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 22, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for the issuance.
