Shyam Century Ferrous Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of M/s. D. K. Chhajer & Co., Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors for a second term of 5 years, from the conclusion of the 15th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026, until the conclusion of the 20th AGM in 2031.
