Bal Pharma shareholders re-appointed Ravindra Kothari as Executive Director, effective October 2026

Bal Pharma Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Ravindra Kumar Kothari as a director liable to retire by rotation and a change in his designation from Non-Executive Director to Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Director, effective October 1, 2026. Additionally, Virupakshaya Himesh’s designation changed from Whole-Time Director to Non-Executive Director, also effective October 1, 2026, resulting in the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee.
