Procter & Gamble closes trading window for directors and employees in India

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited informed the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for directors and designated employees will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the publication of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
