Times Green Energy closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Times Green Energy (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
