Quadrant Televentures shutters securities trading for insiders amid insolvency resolution

Quadrant Televentures Limited, currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by the National Company Law Tribunal order dated September 2, 2025, informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and insiders, and their immediate relatives, from the start of business hours on October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the publication of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
