VXL Instruments closes securities trading window ahead of results review meeting

VXL Instruments Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, in connection with the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Monitoring Committee meeting where the results are considered and approved. The company, undergoing implementation of a resolution plan approved by a consortium of NG Organics Private Limited and Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel, is being overseen by a Monitoring Committee.
