Triveni Turbine Limited announced that its Share Allotment Committee has allotted 2,000 equity shares with a face value of Re.1 each under the “Triveni Turbine Limited - Employee Stock Unit Plan 2023,” increasing the company’s issued and paid-up share capital from Rs 31,78,98,459 comprising of 31,78,98,459 equity shares to Rs 31,79,00,459 comprising of 31,79,00,459 equity shares.
