UGRO Capital allotted commercial papers valued at Rs 296.83 million, managed by Yes Bank

UGRO Capital Limited announced that its Investment and Borrowing Committee approved the allotment of commercial papers with an issue value of Rs 296,825,930, maturing on March 24, 2027, with a face value of Rs 500,000 per security and an issue price of Rs 478,751.50, according to a regulatory filing on Friday, September 25, 2026; the commercial papers will be listed and managed by Yes Bank Limited.
