Purple Finance Limited closes securities trading window for designated individuals

Purple Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
