Artson Limited, formerly Artson Engineering Limited, held its 47th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 25, 2026, via video conference, where Ms. Subhra Gourisaria was elected as chairperson and resolutions were passed including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the reappointment of Ms. Subhra Gourisaria as a director, ratification of the remuneration payable to the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, and approval to enter into Related Party Transactions with Tata Projects Limited.
