Nikki Global Finance will halt trading following public disclosure of financial results

Nikki Global Finance Limited (Scrip Code -531272) will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public disclosure of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (POIT) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code of conduct, Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Managing Director, stated in a filing to the BSE Limited.
