Aegeus Technologies will halt trading for insiders pending financial results announcement

Aegeus Technologies Limited, formerly known as Aegeus Technologies Private Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, with reopening after 48 hours from the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026.
