Integrated Capital Services schedules meetings to review financial results for September 30, 2026

Integrated Capital Services Limited will hold meetings of its Audit Committee and Board of Directors on Saturday, November 14, 2026, to consider and recommend the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, on both standalone and consolidated bases, in accordance with Securities Exchange Board of India regulations. The company will also close its trading window for designated persons and their dependents from October 1, 2026, until November 16, 2026, following the results announcement.
