Sodhani Academy closes trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
