Shradha AI Technologies will halt trading for insiders pending second quarter results

Shradha AI Technologies Limited, formerly known as Shradha Industries Limited, will close its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and specified connected persons from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and company policy.
