Shreeshay Engineers Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations. The date for a board meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be communicated later.
