Damodar Industries will halt trading for insiders following a board meeting in late September 2026

Damodar Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting considering the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
