Astonea Labs closes securities trading window per SEBI regulations, effective October 1, 2026

Astonea Labs Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities, Scrip Code 544409 and ISIN INE0TG901011, will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations. The company has also updated details on the NSDL portal to restrict trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives through freezing of their Permanent Account Numbers at the security level, ISIN INE0TG901011.
