Godrej Industries Limited disclosed that it has made a further investment in its wholly owned subsidiary, Godrej Investment Limited, for an approximate consideration of Rs 335 crore, based on a valuation report. Godrej Investment Limited, incorporated on January 5, 2026, is an unregistered core investment company that holds equity shares of Godrej Capital Limited and Godrej Wealth & Asset Management Limited, and reported a total consolidated income of Rs 2,477.72 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
