Hawkins Cookers Limited informed the BSE that the trading window for its designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, to November 14, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for the purpose of declaring the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
