Kalpataru Projects International Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider the unaudited financial results will be announced later.
