Vivo Bio Tech closes trading window for insiders ahead of Q2 financial results

Vivo Bio Tech Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s internal code of conduct.
