Raymond Limited closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of Q3 financial results

Raymond Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, as per the company's internal code of conduct and SEBI regulations; the date of announcement of the financial results will be informed later, and the PANs of designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen by National Securities Depository Limited during the closure period.
