Fabtech Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned step-down subsidiary in the Arab Republic of Egypt through Fabtech Technologies LLC, UAE, another wholly owned subsidiary of the company, with the new entity focused on turnkey pharma projects.
