NCL Industries will halt share trading until after September results are released

NCL Industries Limited will close its trading window for share transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the dissemination of the company’s unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s insider trading policy; the date of the board meeting to declare the results will be announced later.
