Urja Global closes share trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results

Urja Global Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
