N K Industries closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

N K Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
