Commercial Syn Bags Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will notify CDSL, the designated depository, two trading days prior to the trading window closure, and promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons, fiduciaries, and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the company's shares during this period.
