Haryana Capfin Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced later.
