Waaree Technologies Limited will close its trading window for directors, key management personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives/connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and company policy.
