APIS India Limited to halt securities trading ahead of financial results announcement

APIS India Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the date of the board meeting to approve the results will be announced later.
