SMC Global Securities closes trading window for insiders following SEBI regulations

SMC Global Securities Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
