Magellanic Cloud Limited will halt trading for insiders ahead of earnings release in 2026

Magellanic Cloud Limited, formerly known as South India Projects Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
