HDFC Bank allotted equity shares to employees under its Employees Stock Options Scheme

HDFC Bank Limited announced today the allotment of 18,97,180 equity shares to employees, pursuant to the exercise of options/RSU’s under its Employees Stock Options Scheme s (ESOS), increasing the paid-up share capital from 15,41,67,00,168 equity shares to 15,41,85,97,348 equity shares.
