P. B. Films Limited halts trading for insiders pending financial results declaration

Films Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
