NITCO Limited closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

NITCO Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
