Jubilant FoodWorks halts trading for insiders pending financial results announcement

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
