Dharani Capital Services closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Dharani Capital Services Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
