Sunil Healthcare Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the second quarter/half year of financial year 2026-27 ended on September 30, 2026.
