Highness Microelectronics halts trading for insiders pending financial results release

Highness Microelectronics Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
