IndoStar Capital Finance appoints S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as statutory auditor for three years

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as the company's statutory auditors for three consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting to the 20th AGM, at the meeting held on September 25, 2026. Simultaneously, M S K A & Associates LLP ceased to hold office as statutory auditors following the completion of their three-year term, in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies - Statutory Audit) Directions, 2026.
