Aastha Spintex Limited, formerly Aastha Spintex Private Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider the results will be announced later.
