Mindspace REIT will halt securities trading ahead of financial results release in 2026

Mindspace Business Parks REIT informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it will close its trading window for dealing in securities from October 1, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
